Q + A

Are kids allowed?

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event, other than those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can enjoy the day with us!

What should I wear?

We ask that all guests wear semi-formal to formal ALL black attire (excluding men's white dress shirts). The dress code for women includes floor-length gowns and mid-length dresses. For men, a suit & tie and tuxes (please no jeans or sneakers). Please see examples below of appropriate attire.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 pm. Please arrive no later than 3:50 pm or you will sadly miss out on the ceremony.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Can I bring a guest?

Any plus ones allowed will be included on your invitation and corresponding RSVP.

Why is there only one location listed?

The ceremony and reception will take place at the Synclaire.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Where should I park?

There is a free parking ramp located on Roberts Street and ample street parking.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Due to the variety of hotel options in the Fargo/Moorhead area, we have opted to not reserve rooms for guests. We have a list of hotels nearby under the travel tab.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

There will not be any shuttles. We encourage you to use Uber, Lyft, or cab to get home safely at the end of the night.

When is the RSVP deadline?

July 1st, 2024

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.
